ihcDirect® Pan-Cytokeratin 4 antibodies (Pan-CK 4Abs) is a cocktail of antibodies: AE1/AE3, CK5 and CK 8/18. Pan-CK 4Abs is a set of polymerized horseradish peroxidase pHRP anti-human Pan-CK antibodies intended for laboratory use to qualitatively identify by light microscopy the presence of a broad range of cytokeratins including: those expressed in tissues of epithelial origin, including squamous, glandular epithelial cells, as well as hepatocellular carcinomas, renal cell carcinomas, adrenal cortical carcinomas, and pulmonary small-cell carcinomas in sections of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) or frozen tissues (FT) using immunohistochemistry (IHC) test method. Clones AE1/AE3 and C94 are mouse monoclonal antibodies and clone R226 is a monoclonal antibody of rabbit origin.
