ihcDirect® TTF1 Ab-Enh includes pHRP conjugated rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone R373) reagent and ihc Enhancer. TTF1 is a transcription factor is a 38 kDa homeodomain region that is primarily expressed in lung and thyroid glands with critical functions in differentiation of these organs.
TTF1 is commonly used with other markers to distinguish primary non-squamous lung carcinoma from metastatic carcinoma.
